1) Hand feeling: Spunbond fabric has a hard hand feeling, and spunlace fabric is soft (except for special treatment).
2) Appearance: Most of the spunbond fabrics have rolling points, just some small concave squares.
Spunlace fabrics has two kinds of pattern, plain weave and perforated. Most plain nonwoven has very small longitudinal spunlace patterns; perforated fabric has holes of different sizes and shapes. There is also a jacquard spunlace fabric with uneven patterns.
3) The strength of spunbond fabric is high, while the strength of spunlace fabric is relatively low.
4) Spunbond fabric is filament, while spunlace fabric is staple fiber; you can see the fiber length by tearing the fabric forcefully.
